As we close the year, we gather in community to move, breathe, and release what we’re ready to let go, making space for the New Year.This New Year Eve morning tradition invites you to flow through 108 Sun Salutations (or your version of them) as a moving meditation; a practice of endurance, gratitude, and renewal. You’ll be guided with intention, pauses for rest, and options to modify as needed. Come as you are; this is about presence, not perfection.
We’ll begin with a short grounding meditation and gentle warm-up, then move together through rounds of Sun Salutations, closing with stillness, rest, and reflection.
After practice, stay to nourish and connect with your Soul Nectar family over a cozy pancake breakfast, a sweet way to celebrate the year’s end and new beginnings.
