We all have ‘stuff’ we don’t want and we’re going to throw it away!!
You are invited to bring something with you that represents something or someone you mentally want to say goodbye to and/or physically tear up in the moment and throw away.
Maybe it’s a broken relationship that has caused you so much anxiety and grief and you’ve been afraid to let go and say goodbye. Or perhaps a colleague at work has caused you stress, or maybe there are bad vibes between you and a friend or family member. Maybe it’s a situation that you don’t want to be part of or involved in any more.
Do you want to throw it all into a suitcase or rucksack and send it away forever on this journey to the rubbish bins?!
Or are you going to stick a person or people who you just want gone from your mind on the very special cut out ready to be dumped forever!!
What you’re bringing and doing will be thrown away physically in a very different releasing ceremony followed by filling the now empty space you’ve just released with love, nurturing and meditative journeys through your mind and body.
Once you’ve done this they’ll be more surprises! We will absolutely be doing a huge dose of manifesting what you really want with another twist to this incredible journey!
