This full-day workshop is designed for new users to Palace Liquid - whether you work for an office using Palace or not. Our new-user workshop will guide you through the basics of the everyday use of Palace for Property Managers:
- Navigation
- Entering Owners, Properties and Tenants
- Initial Receipt (new tenant)
- Handy Tenant Reports
- Arrears Processes and Communication
- Suppliers and Work Orders
- Scheduling and Communicating Inspections
- Vacating and Archiving Tenants
- Advertising a Property for Rent
- Help, Support and Training
Questioning whether it’s worth attending? This full-day workshop is the same cost as an hour of online/onsite training with a Palace Trainer. Take the stress away from training new users and send them along to this monthly run workshop in Auckland or Wellington (regional workshops will be held when availability allows).
