Traditional Yoga Nidra is more than deep relaxation - it yields a total reset of mind and body.
This guided, simple process of releasing physical effort and mental activity yields a blank-slate state. In this neutral space, profound rejuvenation occurs. The body is at ease, the mind is rested.
Traditional Yoga Nidra is practiced lying in Savasana atop a soft surface of mats and blankets, and does not suggest any specific imagery or meditations. Instead, each student enjoys their own unique experience of letting go and renewal.

* You may register for either option until 6:10pm [Eastern/U.S.]
* If attending IN-STUDIO, please arrive at least 5 minutes early.
* If practicing AT-HOME, your Zoom link will be emailed to you on the day of class.
