If you’re new to Sydney or just looking to make some amazing gal pals, join us at Squires Landing in Circular Quay for a fun and welcoming Friendmaking Social!
This event is designed just for YOU! We all know how tough it can be to build those first connections when you’re fresh in the city, especially when staying in hostels or navigating a new job.
Come solo and leave with new friends! Whether you’re looking for someone to check off your bucket list with, a travel buddy, a potential housemate, or just some fun gal pals to explore the city with, this event is for you.
We understand how daunting it can be to attend an event alone, so we’ve made it as easy and comfortable as possible to help you feel confident about joining us:
⭐️ Instagram Group Chat – We’ll create an Instagram group chat 24 hours before the event, so you can introduce yourself or even meet up beforehand.
⭐️ Friendly Hosts – Upon arrival, one of our lovely hosts will greet you and guide you through the evening, helping to introduce you to other girls.
⭐️ Welcome Drink & Name Tags – Enjoy a complimentary glass of bubbles or soft drink on arrival, and grab a name tag (because let’s be honest, remembering everyone’s name is a talent 😉).
⭐️ Friendmaking Activities – Starting at 6:30 pm, these activities are designed to get everyone in the room chatting and connecting.
⭐️ Reserved Area – We have a cozy space reserved just for us girls, so you can feel super comfortable knowing that everyone is there to make new friends ❤️.

Where? Squires Landing, Circular Quay
Time? The event kicks off at 6pm—be sure to arrive before 6:30 pm for the friendmaking activities ending at approx. 8.30pm.

- Arrive between 6-6.30pm for your drink on arrival
- No refunds however you can sell or transfer your ticket to someone else
- Photos will be taken at the event for promotion purposes. If you would not like to be in the pictures, please let one of the volunteers know on the evening.
