This mixed ability yoga class focuses on strength as a foundation, to enable us to stretch our bodies safely, to our own measure.All levels and abilities are welcome to the class, from beginners to the more experienced. The form of yoga you will practice, Hatha Yoga, will allow you to work within your own comfort zone and begin to build up flexibility and strength at your own pace.
Each class will introduce and practice the physical movements of yoga. We will also explore breath awareness during class and a guided relaxation to calm the mind
