Several students from the original Wednesday morning yoga class have expressed interest in integrating chair yoga with mat yoga. Beginning this Sunday September 7th, Fusion yoga class will resume. You will now be able to perform the postures on the yoga mat or in a chair, and also use your chair for support in standing postures. There is a new drop-in fee for this class of $20 payable the day of the class.
We do have some yoga mats available, but they are thinner. You are welcome to bring your own yoga mat, blocks, etc... whatever you need to make yourself comfortable.
**PLEASE NOTE: There are some Sundays Fusion Yoga will not be offered. There are some Sundays we will not hold fusion Yoga that are holidays or dates that there are previously scheduled commitments. There will be an announcement.
