The New State Block Party has become a classic kickoff to Near West Side Week—a celebration of Milwaukee’s history and culture with a full week of activities highlighting everything our neighborhood has to offer.Get into the groove with The New State Youth DJs—Milwaukee’s next generation of music makers—spinning live sets all afternoon. These young artists are part of a mentorship program that builds talent in DJing, production, and performance.
