M-Lab provides a cross-industry co-innovation platform, while JETRO enhances the event with its global startup network, Japan–U.S. business support programs, and innovation ecosystem expertise.

Together, M-Lab and JETRO present a curated lineup of startups and thought leaders to discuss how Human-centered AI is transforming mobility and physical retail experiences.
