Absolutely no experience necessary. This is a 4-week course; each class is 75 minutes. You'll be with the same students for the duration of the course. If you need to miss a class, you can take a free weekly drop-in class as a make-up. Just let us know after your missed class (email/text us) and we will add a credit to your account so you can pick the make up class that works with your schedule. ATTIRE: Shorts are best to allow skin grip to the pole. A form-fitting shirt or tank top. Bare feet or yoga (sticky-bottom) socks. Note: You can layer sweats & a hoodie until you warm up. It’s cold in January. Brrr. 🥶
🗓️ CLASS SCHEDULE runs all 4 consecutive Saturdays starting January 18. Once enrolled, come to class at the same time each week for 4 weeks in a row.
