An extreme heat warning has caused us to move the performance to Sunday, September 14, 2025. Bring a lawn chair or a blanket and join us at the Hubbard House for an afternoon of 1900 circa music with the New Pearl Buttons. Enjoy ice cream options as well with a free will offering.The "New Pearl Buttons" trio consists of Sherry Ladig on piano, Don Ladig on flute, and Rosa Wells on fiddle. They will play instrumental music from before and after the turn of the century (about 1890-1915). The ensemble often plays at historic sites (while wearing clothing appropriate to various time periods) in Wisconsin and Minnesota, including the Historic LeDuc Estate in Hastings, MN, and several festivals.
All events on the lawn are free, admission charged for tours of the Historic R.D. Hubbard House.
