Join ULI Louisiana, the Tulane Institute on Water Resources Law and Policy, Restore the Mississippi River Delta, The Coalition to Restore Coastal Louisiana, Healthy Community Services, Urban Conservancy, Citizens for 1 Greater New Orleans, The Water Collaborative, and Women of the Storm for The Water & Coast Mayoral Forum on Monday, September 30, at 6:00 PM in the Senator Ted Hickey Ballroom in the University Center at the University of New Orleans.
Moderated by Dillard University Political Analyst, Dr. Robert Collins, and Mike Smith, of the Advocate and NOLA.com, the forum will bring together mayoral candidates to share their plans for addressing flooding, coastal restoration, insurance reform, and resilience strategies at the local, regional, state, and federal levels.
Supported by the Greater New Orleans Foundation, this event offers residents the opportunity to hear directly from candidates on one of the most pressing issues shaping the city’s future.
