Friends of Piedmont Ridge Restoration Day(White Rock Bluffs)

Meet in the parking lot at 2725 N Jim Miller Rd, Dallas TX 75217, a few blocks south of Scyene by the baseball field.

Tasks:
<> Mark trails from Renda Meadow to Scyene Overlook.
<> Remove nandina from Comanche Lodgepole Woods and line path with straight fallen timber.
<> Explore Scyene Overlook for the potential of a loop trail and other overlooks.

Bring:
• Water
• Snacks
• Loppers or hand clippers
• Trash sacks for litter collection

Wear:
• Leather or garden gloves
• Sturdy closed-toe shoes
• Long sleeve shirt
• Long pants
Dogs are welcome, but you must maintain leashed control of your dog at all times, which makes it difficult to be a good team member. Please no unleashed dogs at restoration days. It is against park regulations, detrimental to wildlife, and frightening to some hikers, especially those with children.
