NEW MAMMIES & BABIES - a session for you! 👶💗How do you fancy a session to find out how to safely heal, recover and rebuild your body. We’ll go through the changing body after birth and areas that need help healing and strengthening to avoid pain or discomfort and to aid healthy, happy living.
We’ll cover some safe early elements of healing - including pelvic floor, posture, abdominals and more.
You’ll have opportunity to share your birth story in a safe and supportive space too if you wish.
PLUS you’ll meet other new mams and babies who can empathise and relate and you can hopefully build connections with. Don’t worry if baby cries, it’s to be expected. It’s new baby session. You couldn’t be in better company.
Feel free to bring granny or a good friend if it puts you at ease.
This is aimed at mammies and babies from birth through to the first few months although if your baby is a little older but you feel you’d really benefit from this session you are most welcome. Drop me a message if you are unsure if it’s for you.
You’ll receive refreshments and a handout so you don’t have to remember everything
