I'm so excited to be launching 𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑵𝒆𝒘 𝑴𝒖𝒎 𝑵𝒆𝒔𝒕 - a postnatal group for new mums with babies up to 6 months old.
It’s a gentle, supportive space where you can come exactly as you are. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, in need of connection, or just desperate for a hot drink you didn’t have to microwave three times — this is for you.

� Share honestly, or just listen - there's no pressure

� Enjoy a hot drink, a pastry, and some breathing space
This group is kept small on purpose — so everyone has time and space to talk if they want to. Because the early postnatal days can feel lonely, and you shouldn’t have to navigate them alone.
