✨️🌑✨️ Love to welcome you all to a New Moon Gong Bath, in the beautiful surroundings of Chyan Farm. Scorpio represents death, transition and rebirth... along with a New Moon, ending one cycle and seeding the next . Being a water sign, it invites us to swim in the deep waters of our psyche, and emotions, and honour our intuition. We are deep in Autumn, the season of the soul, and this can be a difficult time for many, as modern life sometimes doesnt yield the pace necessary to pause, and be still. Its a time for rest, reflection and releasing the old to make way for the new. ✨️🌑✨️💫What is a Gongbath/soundbath?... In a nutshell...If you've never experienced a Gong Bath before, think of it as a sonic massage. Whilst you lay in a meditative state, the frequencies and vibrations from the Gongs both relax and ground the body. They penetrate at a cellular level, creating a detoxing effect on body, mind, and soul, shifting stagnant energy that can affect physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. They also help to reset and reattune so that you're left feeling with a deeper sense of clarity and connection to yourself. They are greatly beneficial for anxiety, depression, ptsd and chronic illness, as well as general relaxation and wellbeing 💫
✨I'll be holding the Gong Bath in the skybarn. Park in the main first car park at the top, and follow the signs for the skybarn which are on the right. You will need a torch. Please arrive to the skybarn by 6:45 to settle in as the doors will close at 7pm🙏 Also please leave shoes, bags etc to the back of the room to keep the space clutter free✨
