Yoga Nidra | Deep Rest & Intention SettingIn the energy of the first New Moon of 2026, we gather to reflect on what has been and gently set intentions for what is ready to emerge. This offering is an invitation to slow down, receive, and rest deeply through the practice of Yoga Nidra—a guided journey into conscious sleep and profound rejuvenation.
Come home to yourself, held in community, as you rest in savasana and are guided through breath, meditation, and sound. Through this embodied inner pilgrimage (shava yatra), awareness travels through the body, allowing space for insight, release, & renewal.
Yoga Nidra invites the nervous system into deep relaxation while the mind remains softly awake. In this receptive state, intentions can be planted, the body replenished, and balance restored—supporting clarity, ease, and a sense of wholeness.
