In the energies of the New Moon, let us gather in reflection of the past cycle and set intentions through deep embodied introspection for new beginnings and manifestations. Come receive and relax as you embark on a journey through the body into deep conscious sleep and rejuvenation, facilitated by guided breath work and sound. MORE DETAILS BELOW:
Come home to yourself, surrounded by community in a unique practice of journeying through the body in corpse pose (savasana). We will share gratitude for what has been, and set intentions for what may come and what we wish to call into our lives.
Embark on a journey through sound and a guided meditation into deep conscious sleep and relaxation. Through yoganidrā one softens into a state of relaxation by following guided instructions into meditation while feeling the vibration of sound and healing crystalline energy as it envelops you and surrounds you. We will embark on a journey known as shava yatra which means inner pilgrimage through the body.
Within your body, your unconscious and subconscious minds will travel to spaces where they find emotions, thoughts or experiences that may have been tucked away and in a safe place can be witnessed and even released with practice. In this space, our minds will expand with the activation of the pineal gland, rejuvenating our bodies and allowing for balance and bliss to be our state of being.
