Each New Moon marks a new beginning; an opportunity to set intentions and make plans for the cycle to come!Studies have shown that 1 hour of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to 4 hours of conventional sleep; the brain cycles through alpha, theta, and delta waves, allowing you to deeply relax and process what lies in the subconscious; facilitating personal transformation and healing. During the New Moon our intuition is heightened; making traveling into this state even more fruitful.
We will then transition into a Sound Bath; the combination of tibetan, crystal singing bowls and vocalizations transporting you deeper into a realm between waking and sleeping.
As we slowly exit this state there will be time to journal and set your intentions for the weeks to come.
