Join us in sacred space to honor the New Moon Eclipse in Aquarius — a powerful, electric portal of new beginnings, awakenings, and future visioning. New Moon eclipses accelerate change, opening us to bold resets and soul-aligned timelines. Aquarius invites us to break free from outdated patterns, reconnect with our authentic truth, and envision a future rooted in freedom, integrity, and collective well-being.
This lunar moment encourages innovation, inner liberation, and courageous intention-setting. It asks us to release conditioning, old identities, and limiting beliefs — making space for inspired ideas, fresh perspectives, and heart-led evolution.
We’ll gather in my beautiful sunroom — a warm, light-filled sanctuary that supports clarity, connection, and higher awareness while keeping us grounded as we move through this potent eclipse energy.
We will begin with a gentle teaching on the New Moon Eclipse in Aquarius, exploring themes of authenticity, nervous system regulation during eclipse portals, and how to consciously work with sudden shifts and energetic upgrades.
We’ll then move into a slow, supportive Hatha yoga practice designed to help you feel anchored while opening to new possibilities. New Moons draw us inward, while Aquarius invites spaciousness and fresh insight. This balanced flow will be grounding yet expansive, using mindful movement, heart and chest opening, and gentle twists to:

Next, we’ll transition into a restorative guided meditation and sound bath, supported by chakra-tuned singing bowls. These frequencies help:

To close our circle, we’ll share an optional reflection space and participate in a fire intention ritual. You’ll write down what you’re ready to call in — new ways of being, seeing, and living — and symbolically release your intentions to the universe through flame. This ritual supports clarity, trust, and conscious co-creation during this powerful eclipse portal.
