This beginner-welcoming Restorative + Yin class includes:

✨ Guided journal prompts to support inner clarity
✨ Oracle card pulls for heart-led insight
Allow yourself to melt into stillness, reconnect with your inner rhythms, and plant seeds for what you’re ready to grow as the seasons begin their slow shift toward spring.
We provide all props and cozy supports for your practice.
