Join us for a grounding time of intention setting, gentle yoga and guided meditation. Gather with like hearted women.
About this Event

As women many of us are choosing to slow down and live with more purpose and intention. We are refusing to subscribe to the grind of doing more which leads to burn out, depression and anxiety.

It is my intention to cultivate brave, loving and supportive spaces for women to feel seen and cared. You are personally invited! No experience needed. I simply ask you come with an open heart and mind to what this gathering may hold for you.

This is a conscious contribution based gathering. You have agency to choose your value. I value reciprocity and as you pour into me and share your resources I pour into you and share my spirit, my energy and wisdom. It's a loving eco system of support. All values are welcome.

Please bring:

A Yoga Mat

A blanket and pillow for added comfort

A journal

Layers depending on the weather. We will be outdoors.

And anything else to empower you to feel comfortable
