For thousands of years, our female ancestors—grandmothers, mothers, and sisters—have gathered in circle. When we join in circle today, we continue this ancient tradition, creating a sacred community to honour the feminine essence.Circles offer a safe haven where women can embrace and celebrate their femininity, delve into spiritual exploration, offer mutual support, and nurture personal and collective growth.
Held at the Zen Within Wellness Centre and each month the circle will look slightly different, but expect:
A gathering in a non-judgemental space, where you can "just be". This may look different for you each time and that will be honoured and supported in the circle space.
- There are no expectations of you - everything is invitational.
- Meditation and embodiment practices will be shared.
- An opportunity for you to speak and be heard.
- You may be invited to join a special activity, or the Circle may have a theme.
- Heart opening cacao, tea and raw treats/snacks.
- Usually spending up to 1.15mins in Circle and time for casual chat and refreshments afterwards.
This month’s Circle is in time to harness the energy from the New Moon, so we will be exploring “The Healing Flow of the Water Element". We are cleansing and letting go of what no longer serves us, using the wisdom of the water element.
Spaces are limited to 10 people.
What to bring:
✔️Wear comfortable clothing
✔️Anything to create yourself a cosy nest
✔️A journal or notebook/paper
✔️A water bottle
What not to bring:
🔸Yoga mat and cushion – these will be provided
🔸Leave tech outside of the space – this is your time away from external disturbances.

*Please note that the Wellness Centre is on 1st floor level and there is no wheelchair or lift access*
