This special monthly event is designed to help you release old energy, set powerful intentions, and align with your highest self under the energy of the New Moon.

What to Expect:
🌑 New Moon Intentions: Reflect and set intentions for the month ahead.
🎶 Soundbath Meditation: Relax deeply as crystal bowls, chimes, and soothing sounds create a calming atmosphere to balance your energy.
🌀 Guided Hypnosis: Experience a gentle journey inward to clear limiting beliefs and open yourself to new possibilities.
✨ Reiki Energy Healing: Receive hands-on or distance Reiki to promote emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being.

What to Bring:

• A yoga mat or blanket (some mats are available at the studio).
• A pillow and cozy blanket for extra comfort.
• A journal to write your reflections and intentions.
• Water to stay hydrated.
