The New Moon is a magical time to plant seeds of intention, release, negative energy and create space for new ideas and beginnings. Join us in community each New Moon to invoke new purpose and what you want in your life. We will inquire into personal intentions under the lens of the astrological influence of the Moon, harnessing her astonishing power to make goals a reality. Our intentions will then be anchored in though gentle movement and meditative breathwork, preparing the body to deeply rest and receive vibrations of the Symphonic Gong for 40 minutes. Blankets, pillows and eye pillows are encouraged to support this experience of intentional manifestation and restoration.
