Rest comfortably as live sound fills the space, supporting deep relaxation and nervous system regulation. Each sound journey is created live, in the moment, and uniquely shaped by the energy of the group. There are no recordings. This is a space to arrive fully, listen deeply, and reconnect with yourself.

Yoga mats and eye masks provided.
