About this Event

Saturday, November 15, 2:00 – 3:30 p.m.

Join us for this celebratory event as two extraordinary yoga teachers and healers unite to take you on a transformational journey like never before, working together to honor the power of personal change and manifestation as we focus on the New Moon energy.

Immerse yourself in the healing sounds of four planetary gongs: the planet Uranus gong for healing the Sacral Chakra, gongs tuned to Jupiter and Mars, and the powerful gong tuned to the planet Venus to balance social harmony, self-confidence, and self-esteem. Crystal singing bowls and Tibetan bowls will also be added to raise the vibration and heighten the experience.

This class includes chanting mantras, poetry readings, breathwork, and gentle movements. It is suitable for all levels.

Please bring a mat or blanket to lie on (pillow if you need one.) Chairs are available for those who prefer not to lie on the floor.
