✨ What’s Included:
🎵 Sound Bath: Immerse yourself in healing vibrations from crystal bowls, gongs, drums and chimes to soothe your mind and body. The healing vibrations of sound will envelop you during this session. Supporting the nervous system to shift from SNS (fight/flight/freeze) to PNS (rest/digest). When we are in that deep PNS state, the intelligence of the body takes over and we go through a self healing process, returning o homeostasis.
🧘♀️ Yoga Nidra: Also referred to as "yogic sleep," is a powerful meditation technique that guides you into a state of deep relaxation and heightened awareness. During a Yoga Nidra session, you lie down comfortably and are led through a series of breath awareness, body scans, and visualizations. This process activates the parasympathetic nervous system, promoting deep relaxation and reducing stress.
🌬 Breathwork: Transformative breathing techniques to release tension and enhance well-being. "Alkaline Breath" is a breathing technique aimed at promoting a more alkaline state in the body by increasing oxygenation and reducing acidity. The concept is based on the idea that deep, intentional breathing can influence the pH balance of the blood and tissues, potentially supporting overall health and well-being. The alkaline breath technique emphasizes the importance of oxygenation and relaxation in promoting a more alkaline state within the body. While breathing alone may not significantly change blood pH (which is tightly regulated by the body), deep breathing techniques like alkaline breath can have positive effects on reducing stress, increasing oxygen uptake, and promoting relaxation—all of which contribute to overall well-being.
