Come for a Sound journey with Cat and Miss Coexist, at the Stone and Sage Holistic Healing Center!!
Set your intensions for the New Moon, relax and journey with a mixture of crystal quartz bowls & percussion instruments.
Relax sitting or lying comfortably on a thick cushioned mat, while inhaling ancient vibrational medicine known as sound therapy. Starting with a brief breathwork meditation with Miss Coexist, Cat and Miss Coexist then will pull you into a natural deep meditation for 60 blissful minutes of beautiful, cleansing music. Clearing all 7 chakras & balancing the bodies natural limbic system.
Mats and blankets provided but feel free to bring your own mat and pillow!

Our class size is small and our teachers and presenters work hard to bring these events to you. It's very difficult to fill the empty spots that close to the event. We appreciate your understanding.
