Step out of the noise and into the stillness of the new moon — a time to plant seeds, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and begin again.This 90-minute experience invites you to rest, reset, and root into your intentions through a calming blend of:
- Gentle movement to release tension and come into the body
- Insight into the energy of the new moon
- A deeply restorative sound bath with crystal bowls and other sound healing instruments
- Guided meditation to help you set clear, heart-aligned intentions
- Reflective journaling and optional group sharing

What to Expect: Mats, blankets, bolsters, and eye masks are provided. You’re welcome to bring anything else that helps you feel comfortable. A journal and water bottle are recommended.
