About this Event

Let’s nourish your mind, body and spirit through the art of sound healing in the magical new moon evening.

Singing bowl has many benefits..

Physical : deep relaxation and muscle regeneration, better immune system

Mental : relaxed mind, mental/emotional tensions and blockages are eased

Spiritual : cleansing chakra

Come to experience a sound bath from two healers in one session.

Minimum 4 to commence.

Sound healer : Kay Keith and Venus Gwc.

What to bring :

Water (keep yourself hydrate after the healing session)

**You may bring along blanket/ neck pillow/ cushion/ eye pillow/ eye mask or your lulla doll (your very dearie personal touch)


What to wear :

Loose clothes for comfort and layers are advised because body temperature can fluctuate during a treatment.


Be thoughtful :

Set your phone to silent – unless we lose internet connection.


Avoid :

Heavy meal and alcohol beforehand.


Strictly not for :

Epilepsy

Severe mental condition


In the studio:

Set the space as comfortable as possible and let the sound and vibration bring you to slumberland for a deeper relaxation
