Under the reflective and expansive energy of the Gemini New Moon, you are invited to pause from the noise of daily life and enter a space of intentional stillness, clarity, and new beginnings. Gemini energy encourages fresh perspective, self-inquiry, and deeper connection to your inner voice.
Guided by sound healers Gian Shakti and Sotantar Suraj, this experience weaves together astrology-inspired reflection, guided meditation, planetary gongs, alchemy crystal singing bowls, and other healing instruments to create a deeply restorative meditative sound journey.
As the sound frequencies move through the body, the nervous system is supported in shifting out of stress response and into a state of deep relaxation—where clarity, emotional release, and insight can naturally emerge.
This experience is designed to support you in:

What to Bring:
• Yoga mat (limited mat rentals available for $5)
• Water bottle
• Eye mask (recommended)
(Bolsters, blankets, straps, blocks, and other yoga props are provided.)
How to Prepare:
• Dress in comfortable clothes you can rest in
• Please refrain from wearing cologne or perfume
• Arrive at least 15 minutes early to find parking, settle in, and sign our waiver if it is your first time joining us
