What to Expect:
🌸 Flower Mandala Making: We’ll come together to craft a stunning mandala, a symbol of unity and beauty. Feel free to bring flowers to add your personal touch.
🎶 Sound Bath: Let the vibrations of gongs, crystal bowls, and other healing instruments wash over you. If you have an instrument, bring it along and play with us!
✨ Intentions & Gold Breath: We’ll begin by setting personal intentions and sealing them with a collective Gold Breath to ground our shared energy.
What to Bring:
- A cozy blanket or warm clothes to stay comfortable.
- A mat or something to lay on.
- Flowers (optional).
