The New Moon is the doorway of beginnings — a sacred pause in the sky where we plant the seeds of what we are ready to grow.
On Saturday, January 17th, we will gather in ceremony to intentionally align with this potent lunar reset through sound, stillness, and sacred cacao.

New Moons are for:

• calling in new energy
• releasing what no longer serves
• and creating space for what wants to be born

Cacao is a heart-opening plant medicine.
In this ceremony, cacao is used to integrate and seal your intention into the body and the heart — so it is not just thought… it becomes felt, embodied, and anchored.

Sound bypasses the mind and speaks directly to the nervous system.
The bowls, tones, and frequencies help clear stagnant energy, relax the body, and allow your intention to land gently but deeply.
