Everything is frequency and vibration. From the food we eat to the trees to the animals that inhabit our planet, to mother Earth herself. Frequency is all around us. In fact, our bodies have different frequencies resonating every second within us.
So how does a sound bath help a person? Well think of it as a family dinner. Food comes to the table and you start passing the dishes around. You take portions of what you want and pass the dishes you don't. The same goes for when we introduce frequency into a persons auric zone. Your body grabs what it needs and passes the rest through.
During a sound bath we use a variety of instruments to break up stagnant energy and send healing frequency into your auric zone. The studio floor is filled with the various vibrations that you get to soak in. Some vibrations won't be your favorite and others you'll absolutely melt into; that's exactly what we want, it means the frequencies and vibrations are working!
Bring a yoga mat (or rent one for $2 cash)/chair/air mattress, a pillow and blanket. Be prepared to soak in the frequencies, release the old and welcome in the new energy.
