Let's gather together for a New Moon Sound Bath with the new Crystal Singing Bowls! We will start out with a little guided meditation and breath work to settle us in and release all that is weighing us down with the sound of the bowls.The New Moon is an opportunity each month to truly sink into ourselves, our desires, and cultivate safety in and amongst the darkness. We no longer have the Moon's guiding light so this gives us the chance to learn to trust ourselves and our own inherent wisdom.
