About this Event
Scorpio New Moon Sound Bath Meditation
Monday, November 17 | Okanagan Centre Hall | Doors open 6:15PM
Join us for a relaxing and restorative sound bath meditation under the transformative energy of the Scorpio New Moon. This evening offers a sacred space to turn inward, release what no longer serves, and renew your connection to your inner power and emotional depth.
The Scorpio New Moon is a time of rebirth and regeneration, an invitation to shed old layers, embrace change, and plant new seeds of intention rooted in truth and alignment. Allow the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and guided voice meditation to gently guide you into a state of deep rest and energetic reset.
This experience is designed to help you return to your body, release tension, and receive the nurturing stillness you deserve so that you can show up for yourself and your loved ones with greater clarity, calm, and presence in the days ahead.
After the meditation, tea will be served to help ground your energy and create space for reflection and connection in circle. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, or any items for comfort, and a journal if you wish to record insights or intentions that arise.
Whether you are new to meditation or continuing your practice, you are welcome here. This evening is an act of self care and soulful renewal, a time to listen within, honour your cycles, and nurture your well being.
