Begin by settling in, focusing on your breath, and sinking into your mat as the harmonious sounds of nature and music resonate within you. Each session is unique, featuring an array of instruments, followed by handcrafted herbal tea to nurture your soul. Expect a deeply healing and heart-opening experience.
