A Sound Bath is a meditative experience where you lie down and listen to the sounds produced by various healing instruments such as crystal bowls, chimes, bells, gongs, rain stick among other options that allows you to enter into a state of deep relaxation.

The vibrations produced help reset the nervous system, helping you release stress, feel relaxed, calm and restored.

What to bring: A yoga mat, blanket, and pillow will be provided for your comfort, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
