Begining on the new moon in February, lunar Imbolc, and each month following we will celebrate new beginings and set intentions for the moonth ahead. Held by Jessica Slender, experienced facilator and holder of women's circles, priestess practices, herb folklore, and women's work. Jessica will be joined by forager and community farm guardian Felicity Emerson to bring you more insights to wellbeing, connection to the land and nature craft.
You will be joining for three new moons consectively and then will have the opportunity to rebook for the next three moons or to pause the circle. You will be able to book for February, March and April; May, June and July; August, September and October; November, December and January (2027) in blocks. You can also book for all the circles (please contact directly).
The circle is closed, you cannot join part way through the three moons. Bookings will be open the month before the block you are joining. Closed circles foster a sense of continuity in the group and leads to a softer, more open and trusting space for you to settle in to your craft and the space.
These circles, planned on the new moons of the year intentionally, hold the energy of hope, joy and germination. The circle is offered with the intention to connect to the land, the deities, gods, goddesses and folktales of our ancestors of East Anglia and the chalk streams, Icknield Way and the old paths. Enjoying the connection to the land we live and walk on. Jess follows the wheel of the year from East Anglia (and related deities) and has done so for many years, this will be shared with the craft in circle.
The new moon energy, spark of new life, enables us to intentionally craft with hope for the moon cycle ahead, with the acceptance to arrive whereever we are and whatever we are experiencing in our lives. Enjoying the simplictiy of crafting together with intention.
2026 is the year of the horse (a community animal who partakes in ceremony in a herd), root year 1 (2+0+2+6 = 10, 1+0=1). This year is also the begining of the moon's 18.6 year journey, coming together intentionally to welcome the energy of the new moon in relation to the season is a beautiful and influential way to welcome the magic of the moon to your life whether you are new to following the moon or have been doing so for a long time.
Join us for our seasonal new moon crafting women's circle.
