This dynamic, intention-driven class combines an all levels yoga flow with sound healing to awaken your body and align your inner vision.We'll move through a purposeful sequence designed to open energetic pathways and prime the body for renewal.Class closes with deep rest and immersive sound healing, using crystal bowls and frequency-rich instruments to support integration and inner alignment. Come ready to move, release, and call in what's next.You will need:A high quality yoga mat. (studio mat rentals are $5)Water (we have a water refill station in studio)Blocks, straps, bolsters and blankets are available for you to use at no additional chargeWe totally understand that things come up! If you’re unable to attend, please cancel at least an hour in advance through your Momence app. If you don’t cancel ahead of time your drop-in or class credit will be forfeited.
