About this Event
The New Moon is a time of fresh beginnings, reflection, and intention setting. It invites us to release the old and step forward with clarity into what we wish to create.
Join us for an evening of gentle yoga and sound healing, designed to help you ground, reset, and align with the energy of the new lunar cycle.
- The first half of the session will be a gentle, grounding yoga flow, opening the body and calming the mind.
- The second half will be a deeply restorative sound bath, where crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments guide you into relaxation, renewal, and inner stillness.
This event is open to all levels—no prior experience with yoga or meditation is needed.
Agenda:
- 7:00 PM – Arrival + Welcome
- 7:10 PM – Intention Setting
- 7:15 PM – Gentle Yoga Flow
- 7:45 PM – Sound Bath + Deep Rest
- 8:15 PM – Event Ends

The event is $25 CAD(+ Eventbrite fees if booking online)

Space is limited—secure your spot early!
What to bring:
- Yoga mat (a must!)
- Blanket – for extra warmth and comfort during the sound bath
- Pillow (optional) – especially if you’d like extra support while lying down
- Water bottle – stay hydrated

Parking:
There is free 2 hour parking on Pacific Street. The free parking stretches a few blocks, but coming early is highly recommened.
Out of respect for the group and the flow of the class, late entry may not be permitted.
If you're running late, we may not be able to accommodate entry once the practice has begun. Thank you for understanding!

Please be aware that this ticket is non-refundable. No refunds or discounts will be provided for late arrivals, early departures, flight cancellations, extreme weather conditions, force majeure events, travel delays, or illness.
