3:30PM-5:15PM - Quadruple Gong Relaxation - $50
Revitalize with the vibrations of four gongs in the divine alignment of the Starhouse. The 21” Gongland Infinity gong, 32” Vintage Paiste Symphonic 36” Brilliant Paiste Gong and 50” Symphonic Gong will be centered in the dodecagon of the Starhouse Temple to release and replenish. The journey will start with a meditation aligned to support deep relaxation. Then unwind in an extended savasana immersed in healing sound.
No experience necessary. Rebirthing Kriyas and gong relaxations are not recommended for anyone who is pregnant or under 13 year olds. It is not recommended to be intoxicated with any drugs or alcohol during the practice or gong. This is a sober event.
Wear comfy clothes. Bring a yoga mat, blanket and any pillows/cushions that will make you feel comfortable while laying on your back. Some yoga mats, blankets and cushions will be available at Starhouse.
