The purpose of these events is to use the moon and our period cycle for manifestation

Align your intentions with the different phases of the moon, using the New Moon phase for setting intentions, the Waxing Moon for taking action towards your goals, the Full Moon for releasing negativity, and the Waning Moon for completion and reflection, while also considering the energy of your menstrual cycle phases to guide your focus and actions throughout the month; essentially, using the energy of both cycles to support your manifestation process.

You don’t need to be an artist to join us for painting—this is about fun, self-expression, and letting go! No experience is required, just an open heart. 🌸🎨 Let the process, not the result, bring joy and release.

• Bring your yoga mat and everything that makes you comfortable like blanket or eyemask.
• Feel free to invite other women who may want to join this beautiful circle of connection and transformation.
• Please try to be there 15 minutes or so earlier to make yourself comfortable, and please turn of your phone upon arrival. you can use the same free parking for the Stand restaurant just watch the signs or you can also park on the street.
