Join us for a cozy, candlelit New Moon gathering to slow down, reset, and plant fresh intentions before the year turns.
We’ll begin with gentle stretching and guided breathwork, then move into a New Moon meditation to help you release what you’re ready to let go of and call in what you truly desire. You’ll then be invited to lie back and receive a nourishing sound bath with crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments designed to calm the nervous system and support deep relaxation.
This experience is perfect if you’re feeling stressed, in transition, or simply craving quiet time to reconnect with yourself.
