Join Jennifer Butler, Yoga Therapist & Holistc Health Coach, for a New Moon Manifestation Meditation Sound Bath on the beach with the sound of the ocean in the background, that will connect your heart to the transformative "new beginings" energy of the new moon.

The April New Moon in Taurus is a time to focus on new beginnings, personal investments, and home improvements.

Jennifer will guide you through an intentional meditation and journaling session to allow you to connect to what you want to "your state" new beginnings and manifestation. Then it's time to get cozy as Jennifer guides you through guided breath-work and a mind-body scan before drifting off to the healing sounds of the Koshi chimes, bells, steele tongue drum and crystal singing bowls, along with the sounds of the ocean waves in the background.

Come let go and manifest the best life ever. This will be a very heart opening & healing experience. In this hour, we will collectively melt away the patterns that are blocking you from your true power, purpose & potential. The path forward to manifesting peace & abundance will be illuminated. As you lay down, the frequency of gentle sound vibrations will transform you into a deep state of relaxation allowing the release of tension and negative energy giving space within body, mind & spirit for transform so you can access your clarity through intuition & intentions. The sound vibrations will wash away any tension stored in the body/mind to help you release negative energy and blockages. What to bring:

wear or bring layers of clothes (it can get chilly as the sunsets)
bring blankets, pillows, bolsters (anything that will help you feel comfortable laying on the earth)
