What is KAP?
KAP (Kundalini Activation Process) is a direct energy transmission that awakens the kundalini life force naturally. Unlike traditional kundalini yoga or breathwork KAP works beyond the mind moving through the body’s energy channels to clear blocks deepen awareness and expand consciousness.
What to expect during a session?
In a session you lie down on a yoga mat. Some music is played. The facilitator touches or presses some of the chakra or meridian points on your body. That’s it. That’s all that happens on the outside. What happens on the inside is a totally different story…
A profound rewiring of the brain happens along with deep emotional and somatic release the awakening of intuitive abilities and gifts and a deeper connection to your true self. It is these shifts in consciousness your shifts in perception of reality that then changes your life.

How to prepare and what to bring:
- Avoid alcohol or drugs 24 hours before the session
- Avoid heavy foods at least 3 hours before the session
- Light meal for breakfast (fruits and veggies)
