Are you looking to make peace with your temple (your mind, body, heart and soul)?
Join us this New Moon and choose to honor all the women you once were and make peace with what was. Instead of repeating the past, you are reading this because you are being called to heal your past. The evening will focus on decluttering, letting go, and forgiveness so that you can move through life with more space and grace!
Be proud of your journey and the warrior you have become and are becoming!
What to expect:
*opening sacred ceremony + intention setting
*1 hour gentle yoga practice fused with journal prompts (designed for all levels)
*Reiki infused savasana

What to bring: yoga mat, water. Optional to bring your own bolster, or small pillow, and blanket. These will be provided at studio as well. **Bring a journal and pen.**
*Door will close 7pm. Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of the event.*
