New moon healing circle

(Monthly moon healing workshops in-person until we can, then might switch to other location or online)

1. What ? 3 months guided workshop to allowed you to let go physical, and mental pain, or tension using the power of the moon.
2. Why ? In this , you will liberate, let go, heal and make peace with your inner child, while enjoying an amazing time !
3. How ? Let me help you to gently get out of your comfort zone with some meditation, exercise to reconnect with humans, stretching, esctatic dance, yoga, therapy(circular conscious breathing), journaling, and/or relaxation.
4. When ? Every new moon each month. But can be combine with the weekly, or bi-weekly events (5 visits) of your choice on Mondays, or Sundays in english, French, or spanish. Ending last session of the month with a counselling, follow up group meeting. To agreed with our goal for the next steps.
5. option , you also will be able to leave with our signature homemade synergy purified, and energized with bio + 432 hz frequency ! (availability depending on batch of the week)
