I am delighted to invite you to my New Moon Gong Bath Meditation event.
This event will be held between 10.45am and midday on Saturday 21st January, which also happens to be the New Moon in Capricorn. New moons are the perfect time for intention setting, and my gong bath meditation is a wonderful way of preparing you for this.
We will begin with a brief introduction to prepare you for the gong bath, which will then be followed by a gong bath featuring my Shawn Aceto Sri Yantra Symphonic gong and Meinl Sonic Energy Root Chakra gong. There will also be some singng bowls, voicework and koshi wind chimes during the one hour long soundscape.
Please arrive at 10.45am for a prompt 11am start.
*IMPORTANT*
Please bring your own mats, mattress, pillows, blankets and bedding and anything you might need to build a cosy nest to ensure your comfort throughout the gong bath.
The gong bath will be held within the church building itself, this is located to the right (or south) of the on site car park.
This gong bath is only suitable for adults.
If you are unwell or suffering from a cough and cold or covid, please do not attend.
Gong baths are not suitable for those with pacemakers, in the first three months of pregancy, with cancer or other serious illnesses.
Parking; there is free parking on site. Please ensure you leave access to the properties to the rear of the church when parking.
